The High Availability (HA) option brings telco-grade reliability to the SpeechBridge® family. It can be deployed in a distributed symmetric-failover configuration to ensure “five 9s” (99.999%) availability. Embedded system design methodologies, automatic failover, and dynamic resource management are incorporated to ensure no “dead” or “hung” calls due to hardware or software failure and evenly distribute the computing load between all resources to optimize overall system performance.

Included Speech-Driven Applications - SpeechBridge® is the perfect complement to your core enterprise applications and includes a suite of business applications out-of-the box. From day one, your organization will benefit from these proven and easy to use applications:

Auto-Attendant: Improve and accelerate service for your customers by allowing them to speak the name of the department or individual they wish to reach. No more “dial by name” pain – just say the name and be connected.

E-mail Access: Gives your employees the ability to pick up any phone (internal or external) and speak simple voice commands to access enterprise e-mail servers and review their e-mail.

Calendaring: Your employees can speak simple voice commands to access their calendars to review, and accept or reject meeting requests, all from any phone.

Appliance Includes - Hardware in a 1U rackmount server, 4 ports of Pro Platform, 4 ports of application suite (Auto-attendant, E-mail, and Calendaring), 4 ports of Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) Engine, 4 ports of highest quality Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine, VoIP connectivity via SIP, Web admin tools, Active Directory & LDAP support, and Microsoft Exchange* integration for E-mail and Calendaring. Default operating system is CentOS 5, additional operating systems supported upon request (RHEL 4 & 5, Windows Server 2003 & 2008).

HA-Pro configuration options are based on the configuration of the IP telephony system and network environment. For details regarding HA-Pro configurations please consult with your authorized Incendonet partner.

SpeechBridge HA-Pro is available as a software appliance to be deployed on customer preferred hardware. For more information on hardware platforms that have been certified please contact us.
