Gary Hegna - CEO
Gary brings more than three decades of far reaching business experience with high-tech companies.  Prior to joining Incendonet, Gary was President and CEO of AirWave from July 2003 through their acquisition by Aruba Networks, which was completed in April of 2008. Prior to joining AirWave, Gary served as President & CEO of Appliant.com. Previously he served as Chairman and CEO of Ecometry Corporation, a manufacturer of catalog management and e-Commerce software which he led through a NASDAQ public offering, and as Chairman, President, and CEO of Dallas-based OpenConnect Systems. Gary is a veteran of the high tech industry serving in top roles for Fujitsu/ICL North America, Xerox Corporation and Data General.

Bryan Ayers - President & CTO
Bryan brings to Incendonet over 20 years of successful software development and management experience working in the speech technology, telecommunications, and defense sectors. Bryan has a consistent record of quality throughout the development cycle from design through deployment, and has extensive experience in systems architecture and standards based communication protocols.

Bryan has led several successful development teams for early stage start ups and established companies.  While at One Voice Technologies, he designed and led development of the Telco-grade Mobile Voice speech system. At Motiva he led and contributed to the development efforts for the first three generations of its eChange Solutions product line and the multiple n-tiered, distributed, scaleable, web enabled platform on which it ran. At E-systems, Bryan designed and led development of surveying tools and real-time embedded software for high-speed data communications and RF spectrum search products with proprietary digital signal processing algorithms.

Bryan is the founder of Incendonet and started the company in December of 2003.  His vision drives the overall technical direction of the company and its future development efforts.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Minor in Mathematics from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Tim Kruse - Vice President Business Development, Sales
Tim brings a successful track record of developing new markets, introducing new technologies and building highly profitable and repeatable revenue streams. He has continually been successful in developing long-term partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and growing revenues for both emerging markets and geographic territories.  He has held several sales and sales management positions, most recently with ITW Corporation, a Fortune 200 company with annual revenues of over $12 Billion.

Tim has significant industry experience and was the driving force behind the largest deployment of Voice Technology to the masses. While serving as the Director of Business Development for One Voice Technologies, Inc, he executed a partnership with AOL/Time Warner to enable movie watchers to interact with movie related content using pre-defined voice commands for “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone”, “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets” and “Scooby-Doo”.  This technology was distributed on over 48 million voice-enabled DVD’s in seven different languages worldwide via Warner Bros Home Video.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in History.

Ken King – Chief Financial Officer
Ken King established a financial consulting practice in San Diego in 1998 and has served as the CFO for Compliance Coach and Aperio Technologies. Ken specializes in strategic planning, economic analysis, and financial administration for high-tech companies.

Formerly, he directed Allied Signal International’s strategic planning and financial administration. This $3 Billion subsidiary with a $10 million annual operating budget had offices and operations through out the world, which Ken helped establish.  Ken was also responsible for mergers and acquisitions in other positions during his Allied Signal tenure.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Chemical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University.
